Meet our Certified Dental Assistants Alethea and Jessica. They will always greet you with a smile on their face and a caring heart. They prepare for your visit by reviewing your chart in detail including your health history to make your visits go as smoothly as possible.
Alethea attended University of West Virginia and the University of Central Florida and is currently working on her Bachelors Degree in Biology. She has her expanded duties and radiology certification and is experienced in complex temporary crown restorations, Zoom and Sapphire Whitening, fabrication of Orthodontic Retainers and Biteguards. Alethea's former occupations included White water raft guide, barrel racing and truck racing.
Jessica attended Orlando Vo-Tech and took a short retirement to have her 2 wonderful children. She is Expanded Duty and Radiology Certified. She also is experienced in fabrication of temporary crowns, model pour up and trimming, Whitening and fabrication of Whitening Trays and Retainers. She prides herself in the comfort of her patients. If you want her eyes to light up, ask her about her children.
Our Dental Hygiene Team includes Teresa, Tere, and Carol.
Teresa is a Registered Hygienist and holds a Dental Hygiene License in both Tennessee and Florida. She has been with our team for over 14 years. She prides herself in patient education and comfort. She has excellent communication skills and has excelled in periodontal treatment clinically for her patients. Teresa does not want periodontal disease to progress and gets excited about the results after treatment and will partner with you to prevent the progression of disease. She is also very skilled in applying dental sealants and Vanish XT. Teresa has a son who is brilliant and may be our next president.
Tere has her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene and also has a passion for preventing periodontal disease in her patients. She has a very caring attitude and the patients comment on her gentle touch. Tere relaxes patients who might have anxiety about their treatment and gives them reassurance. Tere's technical skills are superb and is also trained in sealants and Vanish XT. In her leisure time she enjoys being a mom to her two daughters and stepson and wife to her husband Ed.
Carol is also a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been with the practice for 15 years. She has excellent clinical skills and always leaves you with a new piece of information to improve not only your dental, but your overall health. Carol is very caring with her patients and wants to work with them to make them as healthy as possible. Carol and her husband Dennis have 2 children, a son-in-law and are expecting their first grandchild. Carol is one of the best cooks that I have ever met. Her meals are truly delectable to the palate.
Our Administrative Team includes Elaine, Caroline, Sandy and Tina.
Elaine is our Dental Administrator. Her goal is to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Elaine has written and published a book titled "Winning the Dental Insurance Game." She is the author and instructor of online courses on the subject of effective management of dental insurance; and medical/dental cross coding. She has dedicated herself to helping dental professionals become specialists at helping patients maximize their insurance benefits. Elaine and her husband have two children and six beautiful grandchildren.
Caroline is our Appointment Coordinator who recently returned to our office after moving to the mountains in North Carolina for six years. Caroline has 28+ years of experince in the dental field and is very detail oriented and will make sure that all of your dental needs are met. She will make every attempt to accomodate your schedule to ensure that you are able to complete your dental treatment as quickly and conveniently as possible. She is always happy to assist you in making your visit comfortable. Caroline has one son and loves the beach, reading and spending time with friends and family.
Sandy is our Hygiene Financial Coordinator who has years of experience in the dental field. She recently joined us from West Palm Beach. She will make sure that your insurance benefits are confirmed and present your financial treatment plan with as much accuracy as possible. Sandy has two children and is expecting her first grandchild any minute! She enjoys skiing, mountain biking and running.
Tina has been with the office for over 11 years and has a dual role in the office as administrative assistant and clinical sterilization tech. She prides herself in not only keeping order in the sterilization area but also duplicating, processing radiographs, and helping the hygienists and assistants in anyway she can. Tina was born and raised in the great state of Michigan. Although an avid University of Michigan and Chicago Cubs fan she is a reformed Florida Gator. In her spare time she is Nanny to Dr. Isaacs two daughter's Michaela and Olivia and a lifelong friend.
